Are there any password requirements?

Your password must contain a minimum of 6 characters; we recommend you use numbers and special characters as well to reinforce your password security.

How can I remove an item from my cart?

To remove all items from your cart, click on Delete all. To remove specific items, click on the items then click on Delete.

How can I see what's in my cart?

At all times while shopping, you can visualize your cart. To do so, click on My Cart located to the right of the products (or catalogs).

How do I add items to my cart?

From the catalogue, key in the number of products in the designated space to the right of the product description. Once keyed-in click on Add to cart located on the right. You can also modify the quantities once items have been added to your cart.

How do I cancel an order?

To cancel an order, please send an e-mail to info@arseno.qc.ca . Arseno will respond with an e-mail indicating the steps to follow.

How do I change my e-mail address?

Click on My account, type in your new e-mail address, and then click on Update.

How do I change my password?

Click on My account, Click on the change password link, type in your old password, then your new password and confirm. Click on update.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

You will receive an order confirmation e-mail within 24 hours of your order shipping out. You didn't receive an e-mail? Send us an e-mail and we will contact you.

How do I pay for my order?

While checking out, you will be redirected to Paypal's secure site. Your credit card number will be used exclusively by Paypal. Your credit card number will remain confidential and will not be given to Arseno. Your address is the only information that will be stored by Arseno and can be modified (by you) at any time.

How do I send my order?

When you are finished shopping, click on Confirm your order. Provide all necessary information, and follow the indicated steps (you will validate your order in step 4). The transaction will be entirely transferred to Paypal's secure site. Arseno will not have acces to payment details.

What should I do if I forget my e-mail address?

If you forgot your e-mail address, you will have to create a new account.

What should I do if I forget my password?

If your forget your password, click on My account and then on Forgotten password on the connection page. Type in your e-mail address and click Send. A new password will be sent to your e-mail address.
