Return policy

Exchange and refund

Arseno accepts all returns (no restocking charge) made within 30 days of receiving your order. A return authorization number must accompany all exchanges and/or returns.

Before returning your merchandise, you need to have a return authorization number. To acquire this number, please visit our Website and fill out the Return authorization request form. Arseno will respond with an e-mail indicating the steps to follow.

Purchases can be exchanged/returned at our local office. All returns/exchanges must be accompanied by the invoice and all products must be in their original packaging.

Delivery charges will be reimbursed by Arseno in the following cases:

- You did not receive the items requested in your order.
- The product has a defect. The product will be exchanged for a new one.
- The product was damaged during delivery. When you receive the package, take a quick look to make sure it is in good condition. When in doubt, verify the contents. If the contents are damaged, refuse the shipment (it will be returned to Arseno at no charge to you) and contact our customer service department via our Website.

All shipping costs and risks will be assumed by you in the following cases:

Upon receipt and verification of the items, payment will be returned to your Paypal account.
